In 2008, we expanded into the renewable energy sector with strategic investments in windmill projects. Since then, our dedication to renewable energy has remained strong, focusing on both generation and captive consumption. In 2014, our footprint in the renewable energy space grew stronger with the establishment of a solar power plant in Baroda and wind mills in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. Strategic
Expansion

In our quest to enhance global presence, we have strategically expanded into Central Europe, the Middle East, South America, and North America. A significant milestone was achieved in February 2024 when SKP Bearing Industries Ltd. acquired Valette & Gaurand Industries (VGI) in La Talaudière, France. This acquisition marks our first European establishment, leveraging VGI’s 95 years of experience in precision rollers and balls production.
